  1. Hi All,

Well what it is my Parents bought me my 5th Air Rifle for xmas, and i opened it today and was told the guy who ows the gun shop had zeroed it, well if he had i could of easily hit 20 rabbits today in our fields, but he hasnt sooo...I was just wondering if anyone could give me any advise/tips on zeroing a scope please.

Like i said it is my 5th air rifle but believe it or not i have never zeroed a scope :icon_redface: either my dad usually does it for me or a freind but my dad had a look at this one for a split second today before he went to do the milking, so just thought i would give it ago myself, but as my dad will be milking again tomorrow morning i wont see him till 10ish and i wanted to get out pretty early tomorrow for a little wonder around the fields.

Any advice would be really appreciated!

  2. Hi All,

My new Snares arrived today, these are my 1st ones so just needed about of advise on how i would set them and has anyone got any tips for setting snares?

We live on a Farm and have 350 acres and i have noticed over the past few months that the number of Rabbits have increased alot! so was out on the Quad Bike today and the Labrador ran in front and scared about 17 rabbits that were all sat next to each other, they all ran under the same gap under the fence one after another. I ordered these a few days ago and they arrived today so thought i would take a few pics of them and see what you think would be the best way to set them.

If anyone has any pics of how they have set theres i would love to see them, as pictures are sometimes easier to follow.

    Thanks

  3. Thanks for your replies. :signthankspin:

I was talking to my Auntie and she says he is 2 years old, he has been a house dog since they bought him, so not sure what he will think of a rabbit jumping up in front of him! as we live on a farm i will find a few empty fields and give him a run and get some new pics. My Auntie was on about neutering him but i think my mate is wanting to use him as a stud dog for his bitch.
