As the previous post said, keep her on a longline, use decent size tasty treats which can be made smaller as she learns, let her know you have a pocketful of them, make her do something easy to earn her meals, sit / stay etc, keep her on a longline until she recalls everytime, lots and lots of praise and practice.....
Do not get irate, do not tell the dog off, especially do not tell her off for not coming back, its self defeating.
