old keeper

I've had a Tracer Sport Light for a month or so now and whilst it looks like a Lightforce the wiring is much better. There are protectors where the wires enter the lamp and the actual wiring seems to be heavier than the Lightforce. The Lightforce was a good lamp overall despite some wiring probs. This one from Deben is very like the LF but seems to have ironed out the problems. (and it's cheaper). Incidentally the cigar plug doesn't seem to warm up either, seems like a good unit to me.

First post on this site. As indicated I am old and a keeper. I've been involved with fieldsports all my life first gun obtained some 60yrs plus ago and never looked back. Still really enjoy my ferreting which I started as a very young lad. Now involved heavily with keepering which leads on to rabbit and fox control. I own far too many guns but all have their uses, at the moment I run about a dozen ferrets most of which I can trace back for many many years. Anyway thats enough of me, nice to be here
