sounds like the seals on the turbos gone if theres oil in the exhaust you mite need to have the ecu read to find out for sure the black smoke is it over fueling so could be pump but could be turbo get a code reader on it you know for sure then it will on cost about £50 but at least you know whats the problem hope this helps you
