There are no specific laws governing camping and hunting as such but you cannot shoot deer with an air weapon in fact low powered air weapons of the type you mention are only suitable for small quarry.Further provided your low powered air weapon is no greater than 6ft lbs for pistols and 12ft lbs for rifles you do not need a licence. Hi all, im new at this and i was wondering if there are certain laws in place that say you cannot hunt whilst camping? I cant seem to find a website anywhere that will gove me a basic outline of the laws. I have a spring powered air rifle and can online really get rabbits and birds. If some one could help that would be great thanks =]
