  1. Ive just bought an Air Arms Pro-sport underleaver, and I would recommend it to anyone. just looking at it you can see it is modelled on hunting pedigree rifles, and sure shoots like one, by far the best spring rifle available. For long shoots this maybe a little heavy for some, but anyone complaining should stop being a weed! I got the .22 but it is available in .177.
  2. i dont know how others have found it but i know when i asked for the first time i was lucky enough to get a reply of yes straight away. now i didnt direclty ask for shooting permission, i asked could i train my spaniel on his land, and told him i wanted to give my dog a couple of flushes and chases on rabbits to get him hunting hard, and from there it went to we got loadsa rats, and rabbits, oh an a few pigeon etc etc,,, so i think it all depends on how you aproach the landowner..... i think it helps if you click straight away ??? 3. Hello everyone, this is my first post, I'm after some advice, hope you can help. I already know my conversions from Yards to feet to metres. Eg.- 40yds = 120ft = approx, 37m etc. but in the field I find it difficult judging linear distance. Was wondering if anyone out there could offer some advice or tips on judging a targets distance by sight only. is there a way of 'seeing' the distance, like by imagining the width of a football field? How does everyone else guess? Heres a usefull link for those that aren't too sure of conversions... www.metric-conversions.org
