  1. No, I didn't introduce myself, didn't know you had to. No, I'm not plod but yes, I was up to 11 years ago. To think that they are watching you is deep paranoia my friend. I jumped in on this thread because I have spent my life time listening to people pan the police for doing their job. If you get sent to any incident and leave property that is vulnerable you risk dropping deep into the brown stuff if anything happens to it. Yes, you should have been told that it had been removed and where to but come on, lighten up, let's talk about shooting matters not slagging people off.

So SJM, you are in fact stating that the 'pigs' actually taught you a lesson and that you now lock your car at all times and because of this crime prevention advice your property will always be safe from the casual thief. I'd say the police did a bang-up job there mate, well done to them. You see, a police officer has plenty to do with his or her time and does not want to go out of their way to ruin your day by locking up your personal possessions.
