  1. The One - Yes I have put the crap in the corner loo, but that doesn’t seem to be working yet and it hasn’t stopped them shiteing all over Kay - The sleeping area is enclosed, they not only shite in the box where they are sleeping they are shiteing on top of the boxes and in the corner of the shelving around the sleeping boxes. I might look at removing the shelving and let them gain access to the sleeping area through a 4" pipe so they can’t climb on top of the boxes as well. What do you think?
  2. Could do but it took me ages and cost me a packet to make the court with the sleeping area attached, but i could use it as a last resort, thats if they will go back in! Thanks, Mark.
  3. It seems to be a common problem when you have a multi layer cage/ set up, all i would do is cover the court floor in shavings it will at least soak up the mess, also bare in mind you have given them a fair increase off accomodation. Sometimes they will just do it where its easiest & normally as far away from there sleeping area as possible, if theres lots of ramps tubes etc for then to have to use to get the the toilet corner you have chosen for them they will do it in the most inconvenient area imagineable, personally i gave up with trays & just use shavings I would but the
  4. I’ve just built a new Ferret Court 6' x 6' x 6'6" with a raised bedding area to put my 2 Adults and 4 Kits which have previously been kept in a 4’ x 2’ x 2’ hutch, got a proper ferret corner loo for one corner and tried covering most other corners with food or drink dispensers, but they wont stop crapping everywhere. Absolute nightmare keeping the Court clean, does anyone have any advice on how to stop them shitting everywhere and in just one area, preferably the loo? Thanks, Mark.
