Firstly under the GL rules you need to prove what damage the target bird is causing, secondly what non lethal methods you have tried, ie putting a cap on chimneys, thirdly the only call bird that can be used in England is ,carrian crow, magpie, Jay, monk parakeet and ringnecked parakeet. You can't use crows, rooks, jackdaws or obviously ravens
