    I had similar issues with saggy cushions and slow recline motors after a short time. Swapped mine out eventually and used the old frame to build a play area with cool bunk beds for kids in the corner of the room—worked out better than I expected and gave the sofa a second life. If you’re handy, might be worth a go.
