  1. well the lad i go lamping with (hes got the lamp and no dogs, ive got the dogs and no lamp and we live a mile away from one anouther so it works rather well) he got a new lamp for chritmas, good quality, so he let it run down (as he was advised)and then charged it up for about 24 hours then the blooming thing only lasted two hours last night  ....my question is that is it faulty and should we take it back or does it just take a while for it work properly? we used to use a quad battery and a lamp off the top of a car which he then put a button on with a hole load of masking tape, now that thing weighed a ton but it lasted most of the night

this may sound like a silly question to some but we have never owned a new lamp :icon_redface: the hillbillys that we are

    andy advise would be lovley

Elle is 20 tts 3/4 whippet 1/4 beddy i got her from a local lad from this site.

who need to make some room, Ive had her for around three weeks after first nailing one of my bantams :icon_redface:

  3. How many ferrets were down and how many holes LS? If there giving the ferrets the run around, stick some more ferrets down If you have any. Try starting at one end of the warren and pushing them to the other side..

At one point all 6 ferrets were down. There were too many holes to count - the place is honeycombed, which is whiy we brought the long nets as there' s no way we would cover all the holes. There were pop holes in the field but also others under piles of cut wood. I think before we hit it again properly we'll need to do some tidying up so we can totally enclose the area with longnets

    can i come ;)

  4. the vets is a no no with this little dog.im sure its not mange.ive bathed him in hib scrub left a few days then put frontline on him.

    cheers dirtdog

    Hi dirtdog

this might be a silly question but has the dog had a coarse of antibiotics as well as benzo this has always been a winner for me

it is my understanding that the benzo gets rid of what is on the suffice and the antibiotics gets rid of everything underneath

    Regards Stoney

If it is true, then please tell me how i was supposed to know living a good few hundred miles away from wales.

If you are just sh*t stirring then get yourself away to feck.

I have no concerns myself as Jamesy has been more than helpful and the dog is fit and my MRS likes it, which is the only way in this world I was going to get another dog.

So all in all thanks for your kind comments but FECK off and mind your own business.

p.s. it was naming and shaming and bullsh*t like this that shut THL down in the first place so if you like the forum and are not some anti sabotuer then stay off threads you are not involved in!
