My S410 was doing the same. If the pressure drops below 80bar you will need to cock it, prior to filling. Once the bolt is drawn back you should be good to fill to 200 bar. Once full smear the gun with oil, you should then see where the leak is. Any others queries, PM me, ive been down this road recently. Graham
