Guest Pat
yeah when Iv caught them Learner they do feel to have a diffrent coat. Quote Link to post
Guest Geordie
I thought the coat was more coarse on the black un we caught couple of other things i noticed are, when i was skinning it the pelt came straight off the black un,no tugging at all just peeled straight off The other thing i noticed was that the 3 rabbits we caught, when cooked, had a herby/onion smell about them, which i put down to the type of plant which grows on the forest floor that they must have been eating. It is a quite strong onion smelling plant,ye can see it in some of the pics, dunno what its proper name is though Quote Link to post
