sounder 9 Posted July 13, 2008 Report Share Posted July 13, 2008 hello bing & me with out for a stroll with the rifles `to see if we could get a crack at a cub fox that was knocking about,we set up at a side of a a large cover for about a hour or so but no sign, we drove around the roads to see if we could a shot at a greycrow we came across afew in a field were i took the shot at about 150yrds, stonedead , we drove off again to a small cover where we are looking down at, bing from this site started to call,he is some man to call a fox with his hand he can sound like a distress hare.we were there for about 5 minutes when out of the corner of my eye i saw the head of a fox only 60yrds in the long grass, look at that c**t i said as i moved to the jeep grabed the .243 up i went put the gun on roof he had more back out of sight he showed about yards out ,all i could see was his head again BANG!!!!! he was blowen back, another good evening out fox and a greycrow in the bag thank bing for a good the great calling cheers sounder right in it's eye Quote Link to post
