Welsh_red 5,083
I cant speak of actual protection dogs or the like as i know next to nothing. But one thing I have witnessed on a dogs in build protection traits I will say My mother in law lived in Spain and a took on a black Belgium Groenendael that had been roaming the countryside loose . She moved back and brought the dog with her and he was the best dog ever . Never barked , followed me everywhere , no need to lead , never ran off. Id walk down the pub to see my mrs who was working and he would be right by me sat in the pub and when I went for a piss he would follow and stay outside the toilet . He really was a wonder He lived with my mother in law but stayed at our place loads because I loved him to bits and enjoyed having a dog around . My boy was a baby in one of those floor level bouncers in the corner of the room sleeping. Me and the dog were sat other side of room . My brother came round and just opened the door and walked in and the dog run straight to the side of my son in his bouncer and started barking like mad at my brother . First and only time I heard him bark . Not saying he would have fought off a determined attacker but his instincts took over . He knew that little fat blob in a bouncer needed protecting and hed never been taught that Luke the bear was one of a kind and it sucked big time when it was his time to go
