tripe is low in fat but is a nutrient rich food with loads of good enzymes

Tell mine that there like labs and the eat green tripe every day along with other meat and fish ?

I've had dogs that ran all winter on nothing but tripe and never lost condition, plenty of tripe and a dry warm bed and they did just fine. 

Havent a clue behind the science of it and couldn't give a bollox if I'm honest, if it works it can't be wrong.

Iiiiiii say the reason tripe put weight on dogs is thus ,although it is moderate in fat and protein it is very digestible and breaks down more easily than say beef and the dogs system can utilise more of the calories available even tho they are fewer
