We got lovely snowdrops here atm and daffs are out.

Cheers, D.

Not seen any snowdrops but seen daffs shooting through. Alot of song birds are making their presence know now through battling with song for territory it's great to hear joy's of spring  ?

I’m afraid a robin singing means nothing of the sort mate .They sing all year round and all night under false light if they’ve a mind to .They are one bird you can rely on to add sound to any walk at any time of the year .It’s a territory thing I’m guessing .

Still nice to hear in the spring. I've one here that sits under street light singing away before morning light. See them pottering around allotment in winter singing too. But still nice to see them in spring. The song gets more aggressive  due to territory and finding a mate.

There’s a sight mate .Havnt seen any for years here .Used to be stacks of it at the end of an old canal but they’ve dredged it and put fish in .Should of left that end wild .

I did  see two frogs on the road last night headed to a pond .I always try avoid them if I can .
