FOXHUNTER 5,020 Posted November 3, 2022 Report Share Posted November 3, 2022 Farmer rings this morning to say the geese have found his winter barley and can I have a look. I arrived around lunchtime and pushed off around 100 without a shot. As it was early I decided to have a mooch in the nearby copse for a squizzer. A cock pheasant burst into the air and was soon in the gamebag followed by 4 squirrels. I then decided to set up the decoys and see if any geese came back .....well a few skeins were flying about but not interested in the decoys at all. One skein did come close enough ........2 shots fired and 2 geese fell from the air . 6 Quote Link to post
