A true friend of the countryside and everything involved with it

Well played old girl ,  The lads will never forget you.  it was an honour .

Literally toilet humour again .    And why do you think it went like clock work and immaculately ? Cause the armed forces ran the gaff , not some panel of industry jostling for position.

Lovely . Absolutely lovely .

Just think with cost of living crisis for rest of us, they'd have got more respect saying "we're gonna scale it back a bit. Friends & family at the crem, then meet back at the hungry horse after. All the £ saved we'll put towards the country's gas & 'leccy bill this month". ??

A beautiful ceremony from beginning to end ,made my chest swell with pride ,and my throat tighten with emotion ,I feel truly sorry for the cynics who will never understand the emotion of gratitude .

I wholeheartedly agree mate, I'm glad it all went down well for all concerned , even the weather was kind to all, it's just a pity it takes a funeral to make ones chest swell with pride,. What on earth has gone wrong with our country ,

I hope the red and blue traitors in Parliament who have spent 75 years getting us to the point we are now took heed of what it was they were mourning the passing of and exactly who was standing outside mourning also !
