Hit the farm last night 

As I had made some spinners 

Plan was just to do some pinking 

But after I had set the rifles up 

And a bit pinking I sayd to Jay let's have a walk round and have a look see what's about 

As we had seen one rabbit on the way in but all rifles were packed away in the back of the tank 

It lived to fight another day, 

So off we set 

Took the first one out at 40 plus yrds using the raider 22 

Next up was Jay he took two out using the hw110 i did not see the shots but heard them 

So he will have to tell you lads what he did 

Mind I did see him looking for them 

As he was using nv and we all know how hard it is to find shot pray 

When using nv 

Must of been on half an hour finding them lol

But he did so me 1

Well I've been having some problems with the 110/pard/myself and for some reason the zero changes and starts to shotgun pellets, but as of last night its managed to sort itself and seems best with the JSB heavy, but just as the night was coming to an end Jimmy said to go check one side of the field and he'll check the other, saw the fist guy straight away and was only 20 odd yards and rested on a gate and my rifle slipped off and made a he'll of a racket, but this rabbit must have had enough of live as he just stayed looking at me took a good few shots as the bugger kept moving around but we got there, had a little scan as I thought he jumped away a little and saw the biggest of the 2, so I wanted to test out the new pod, got set up and range finded it as came as 52 yards, one shot and the big fella just slumped where he was.

Now came the tricky part, went and picked up the first and then looking for the 2nd one, and as it turns out I must have walked around it for 30mins, so had to walk back to the gate and scope out the general area near and find a certain weed that looked familiar, low and behold there it was.

That's the plan one day, not long made the switch to NV, the Mrs will kill me if I get a thermal anytime soon

I use thermal spotter with a torch on the gun. I'm I doing it wrong lol.

An easy fix if I just remember to bring a torch phone lights are great in little rooms but god awful in a field

Even seen me go back in the morning when it was light to find them
