Nice cut and paste job Sandy

For what it's worth, I'd be happy to see all politicians burn but, let's not forget, if your mob had got their own way we'd be living with Corbyn and Abbott in positions of power ffs.

Who brought in University tuition fees to saddle our youngsters with massive debt before they can even get out of the starting blocks?

Who sent hundreds of our soldiers to die in the middle East?

Who submitted and knelt infront of BLM?

Who has been completely unelectable for the last few years?

:hmm:

How some people have the audacity to moan that our country is becoming like the third world when they openly welcome the third world into our country is beyond my logic !

They inherited low inflation, low mortgage rates tied to low interest rates. 14k police, but an untold number of illegal and legal immigrants, countering all investment in NHS schools etc. G

Labour were apoplectic with the Tory's planned NI rise....... Now Labour are apoplectic that the planned NI rise is cancelled ! Labours default setting is simply to oppose anything the Tory'

14k police, but an untold number of illegal and legal immigrants, countering all investment in NHS schools etc.

Gave power to devolved government and allowed them to still make decisions on English matters,

Paternity leave great if you can live on £150 a week.

NHS direct is another desperate attempt to divert services and take heat off of a poorly managed underfunded NHS

Record number of students that couldn't earn enough to repay debts. And left industries short where everyone did useless degrees.

Free eye tests as Specsavers and boots make the money on glasses.

Cleanest rivers and beaches as industry was all sold off to China and Thatcher shut the mining down , Blair did same for steel..

Everyone got a job in a call centre.

Sold Britain's gold reserves off at the lowest possible denominator, gave the banks an undisclosed sum that will never be released. All filled their coffers , champagne socialists .started war in Iraq to keep bush happy.

Banned hunting with dogs.

Basically caused until damage to the UK , and left us in critical recession for years, Tory's haven't done a great job outside of Covid and brexit. But let's not pretend Blair did Britain any favours.

Introduced gambling in UK on a scale not seen in Europe before utilising internet , infiltrating the most vulnerable in their own homes...TV ads etc.

The list goes on. I don't like either side particularly. But it's naive to believe they've done us favours.....with our own money.

To be honest I think most vote labour for various reasons.

The main reason up here is "me da and grandad  did, so will I"

Others mistakenly vote Labour because they think Labour is for the working man......they're not, they may have been at one time, but certainly not now.

Some  vote labour ideologicaly, they want a communist , socialist society where everyone is equal, but it's never worked and allways ends in misery for the working classes.

Im not saying The Torys much better bet, I've said many times they are all shithouses........as Richard Littlejohn said, " give someone power and they will abuse it, give someone absolute power and they will absolutely abuse it".

Any one can cut and paste from biased sources, anything from the Morning Star can be rebutted by quoting from the Mail , and vice versa.

One thing to remember though, unemployment has allways been higher when labour left office, than when it took office.

Cheers.

Can't be arsed reading all @sandymere list but one of them stood out... He blames the Tories for 'housing crisis '. Didn't housing crisis start with labours mass immigration? Tories done little to help but immigration would of increased under Abbott and Corbyn so let's not pretend that housing is a 'tory ' thing.

I had a rather frank conversation with a local lefty nut job in my old town, spouting shit about the green agenda in one breath and then saying we need to build loads more houses in the other……I pointed out to him that each new build house is 60 tons of Co2 before you even switch on a light, the destruction of habitat means that trees and grass and plants can’t sequester carbon which adds to the problem, ground water can’t soak in leading to water shortages etc etc etc

I also mentioned exactly what you have said there that packing in 20 million more people than there should be can’t help.

But this f***ing idiot think if we all ride bikes then alls right with the world ?

These people are dangerous f***ing loons and more so since they implemented laws to stop people voicing truths out loud…..these people don’t want a conversation…..that’s fine, we will just have to do the other thing.

This is how we get to a point where people are throwing other people in ovens……mental !

Yeah had the same conversation many times. I grew up with one lad, well into his fishing and shooting when we were young. When I was on Facebook (never again it's poison) we started chatting again and it seems he had become a lefty nut job. He started posting about the flooding of villages on the Lancashire plain and of course it was all global warming. I commented that the villages were being flooded as the catchment area of the river was now covered in houses....but no he wouldn't have it.

Then the new housing estate in our village (now a town) flooded . Again his Facebook was full of his green agenda bollocks . I shared a photo of me and him playing on a lilo floating across the fields when we were kids. The housing estate had flooded in exactly the same spot the farm we grew up on flooded. So then we had the 'people ' need homes argument. I explained all the homes in the villages are bought by people flooding out of Bolton as it's swamped by foreigners. So then we had the 'racist ' argument.

Honestly, usual story, same conversation you can have with a million sandymeres. They are honestly mentally unwell

The things Sandymere lists are from forty or more years ago. Before Bliar turned Liebour into the red Tories.
