Just give Mogg a go. Just for the experience like. The riots and socialist counter swing would be worth it.

The Chancellor, Rishi Sunak , and the Health Secretary, Sajid Javid, have just resigned........ Boris said he couldn't remember being told about Pincher being a sex pest, before he made him Deput

I agree, I didn't mean our sovereignty was handed over in one go. The Treaty of Rome, the Maastricht Treaty and others, handed more and more power over individual states to the EU. No one pa

Trouble is education means feck all when it’s abused and misused .

We very much need someone from grass roots who knows the struggles and trials we face daily without a bank balance in 5 figures to cushion every turn .Farming needs to be overseen by a farmer not a figure shuffler ,immigration by someone with the nation at heart and so on .We settle for an easy life expecting great things but get let down at every promise made to lure us into towing the line .I hope against all hope we do not get a brown face in charge or things will go to hell very fast for us indigenous people .

Im sure I’m not alone in this but what the feck we do eludes me and eluded the  population for nearly a century .

My old Dad was a staunch Labour supporter but that was based on a bygone era when they were what they said they were .

Politicians seem to morph into the opposite of what we elect ,seem to have self destruct programmed into them .

I used to feel very strongly about our country but now it’s all about what I can get from it to serve me because there’s no going back to how my ideal would be .

Don't shed a tear for the Conservative Party. There are a lot worse off than them. Labour for example. The Ukrainians and what about those poor feckers at Old Trafford? Nobody wants to go there and now Ronnie has gone AWOL. Its them I feel sorry for.

Er, f**k off. Nastypix. United will rise again. And by the way. We all hate Leeds and Leeds and Leeds/ Repeat/ We all f****n hate Leeds!

The Benny Hill theme conjures up a scene of Boris arms outstretched, chasing some bird with big boobs followed by Chris (arse pincher) Pincher chasing Gove in similar fashion.

Here’s a thought that occurred to me this morning.

Now I have always been a massive advocate of Brexit……but has it been worth it ?

I know it’s a long term thing but at the moment it still feels out of reach and now possibly that it will never really truly happen at all.

They could have done away with VAT…..and haven’t

They could have taken control of our borders……and haven’t

They could have made the country a low tax, small government haven for business…..and haven’t…..quiet the opposite in fact

If anything it is showing that it was these fuckers all along……

No broadly libertarian party is bothering to stand candidates really in elections……and if they do, nobody votes for them.

Makes me wonder what the point was a bit ?

Valid points, Wilf.

Yes, we have left the E U and there are many things we can now do that the EU imposed upon us.

So, why do we not do them ?

Well, in my opinion it's because the majority of politicians, civil servants and msn were, and are, dead set against Brexit, and even though the majority of people voted for it, the remainers have done, and will do, everything they can to delay, stymie and eventually overturn the democratic will of the people.

The "Noble Lords" Heseltine and Adonis have already said on televised interviews " Now Boris is gone, Brexit is gone" !

They don't even try to hide or disguise their ignoble aims.

Lets be clear, if this was war time, they would be tried as traitors, but of course there's no such crime as treason now, since Blair changed the law.....that was very foresighted of him !

Cheers.

It was absolutely worth it because now we're only one government away from change, whereas before we were two. And even worse before, like with any big change, people were paralysed by the fear of the unknown. It's done now, and the world didn't end.

Boris did what he was employed to do, he constitutionally untangled us from the EU.

Of course all absolutely true, and as I said, it was just a thought that crossed my mind.

I suppose the conundrum could be not if it was worth it but how do we get past a political class that don’t want it.

I don’t think we are talking about a single set of MPs to overcome here, I think this is generational…..it’s the whole political system imho

To me the logical answer is that it starts with the electorate…..we have to convince libertarian type parties with a nationalist tendency to start fielding candidates and vote for them so they field more…….can you see the electorate having the collective wherewithal to do that ?

Or do we weaken the existing big two with votes for smaller yet established parties….like the Lib Dems ?

Would that create some space for other parties ?

Im constantly told voting is a waste of time but I am aware that it’s the only weapon we have…..anyway, no big deal, just thinking out loud.
