There's a McDonald's and a Tim Horton opened right next to each other here so a dollar a coffee, but they have stopped the unlimited refills.  Had a really nice cup at an independent yesterday 2

My Mrs bought a new stainless steel flask.....2 days later I posted it to Ireland full of toad spawn. Poor woman is still searching for it ???

Anyone paying more than a quid for a cup of coffee has more money than sense ! ? ! Lidl's own brand Gold Blend, £2:20 a jar. Take a flask full to the allotment, sit in the sun with the chick

Had a really nice cup at an independent yesterday 2 dollars 50 cents.

Spent a bit of time on a small coffee farm, real bean to cup, interesting to see how much work goes into a coffee. IMG_20181201_130624.jpg.c9cea7998861a518a53c3e2964c7be40.jpgIMG_20181201_130709.jpg.09e0b3e7a3f3d2d32bc5291f421b6ea8.jpgIMG_20181201_130633.jpg.d00dd317db3e2f9cd3235ffc5b633760.jpgIMG_20181201_130702.jpg.0d3df1ad8fc7ab13a91655ff8484f754.jpgIMG_20181201_130801.jpg.a12fcdb54d80a0e484652889e19368b6.jpgIMG_20181201_130808.jpg.4fdf7fc8bb6cc278065ab065441e55b5.jpgIMG_20181201_130752.jpg.d90f29bcfb5bc630bb8ed40aec4f6b6c.jpgIMG_20181201_130729.jpg.6727a6d4f6d7d6331322d485484742f9.jpgIMG_20181130_190903.jpg.381a2a072d79e1f891d9d97e220a733e.jpg

They charge what they like...and pay the minimum or no tax at all...I won't give my money to any of them....sooner pay £5 for 80 Earl Grey's and drive around with my fishing stove and kettle??DSC_1892.JPG.25a4dc285b3f8be8dd11f450c9f3fed9.JPG

I get loads of grief off the lads for drinking Earl Grey so always make sure I have Yorkshire tea bags aswel ??

Buying coffee on the go is a expensive game Costa £2.80 a cup greggs £2.55 a cup soon adds up I had a average on 3 a day sometimes more depending on going from building site to site roughly £40 a working 5day week in coffee alone about 2k a year in coffee lol feck that! Plus drinking it like water at home soon started catching up with me giving me insomnia type symptoms because I was constantly pepped up. I make a coffee at home in the morning now in a thermos cup to drive to my first job I drink just water through out the day then a coffee on arrival home then drink herbal teas if i want a hot drink but stick to water mainly

I live on instant! Total f***ing philistine too, the cheapest supermarket home branded stuff and just pour it into a mug out of the jar. Probably 90% of my daily fluid intake.

I couldn’t tell a good one from a bad one. I paid two quid at the farm cafe for one this morning though, but in town it’d be nearer 4-5.

Exactly the same born .

I rarely drink anything then than water , lucazade  or coffee

we’ve got a proper machine in the office stacked with granules from a coffee firm called contact coffee , some of the names are a bit cringe but it’s part an parcel of the whole instagram CrossFit operator image ,

I get those 3 in 1 sachets and bury them constantly all day . Never asleep before midnight ??
