I have the H34 ttf. After 3 operations and waiting for a 4th.my wrists are like Larry fxxxcking graysons. tried some lovely frames but can't hold in brace grip, so limited to pinch grip.

Make yourself a starship mate takes all the strain off your wrist and a lot more poke than a normal catty,

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a decent catty ?

If you don’t know what style you shoot get one that takes bands ott ttf  and tubes, like a scout or Snyd scout from eBay then when you find the style that suites you buy a decent one, I would personally avoid gamekeeper John he’s a fat wanker but if you want one of his cattys buy it from proshot, John is only interested in his ply cutouts because of the profit, his delivery’s can take months and he won’t respond to emails once you’ve paid him, have a watch on YouTube of catapult carnage Chris is a good lad and does some good reviews on most of the popular makes, ??

Above mentioned all do good cattys.

have a mooch about to see if you see any nice natural forks you can cut and shape up, just as good.

I have a catty from ‘cattyshack’ great frame and fills the pot, Wayne has recently release a new frame that looks smart.

Also ‘hegarty slings’ have good cattys, low price, good quality and fast postage (UK).  Again the ones I have of him regularly fill the pot, Hegarty slings offer a wide variety of frames to suit your shooting style.
