It doesn't make any difference. Russia was a separately recognised entity to Ukraine, by their own f***ing treaty! Then after the USSR they recognised Ukraine as a sovereign state, separate to Russia by memmorandam. Fyi England doesn't have the legal ability to make their own laws within the UK, yet England isn't Scotland etc. Of course Ukraine has shared history with Russia, theyre both of the 'rus' people. So?
