Typical Daily Mail who have to insert "Pit bull" in front of every terrier story and "Poweful" in front of every air rifle and motorbike story. Secondly, all government offices are secure to a lesser or grester degree even if only by a mortice lock. And finally, Russia has been bombing the schit out of Ukraine citizens for weeks in spite of it being illegal to target civilians. Ukraine strike a minor military target and Russia use this to stop shipments they never wanted to allow in the first place. Move on folks.
