They tend to be designed to impact one party more than the other, obviously. But none are harmless to all except the target. Still, it's probably better than setting about killing each other. I knew what you meant , I was being slightly facetious, most guys like that will reinstate crew or recommend them to get them back . It will affect loads indirectly , whether a ruski working in lidls to financial services in the city. I think the west will pay in their own way for these sanctions or the common people at any rate.
