lurchers 2,598 Posted October 27, 2021 Report Share Posted October 27, 2021 I stopped for 4yrs after 35yrs of the tabs,I hit the vape on 0.0% and was only on it 6days then never needed it.The way I look at it you are still taken nicotine in the 3% and up so you mays we’ll go straight to the 0% if ya trying to stop.Any way started a new job and I was back on the tabs in a month as it was so sole destroying and been back on the 5yrs.
