Not as accurate, but you'll be closer. You can't shoot at something that's ran off because it's seen or heard you

Or they will here you walking to pick it up 

Through the ground or feel the vibration of ur foot steps 

Just lay where you are and get ready for the next shot

Thanks for all the advice but When u go there before it goes dark and sit there waiting for them, once it goes dark do u have the lamp constantly on and is it on the red filter?

When it’s dark mate just flick your lamp on and off occasionally and you will soon pick up the eyes I use red for the shot and white to scan but red for both wouldn’t matter I find with the white sometimes it spooks them and they bugger off wasted opportunity.

But have used white as well 

Just get out there and do it 

It's not all about shooting some thing 

But being out there learning listening and seeing nature 

Pass by 

Learn every thing you can 

And once you have 

Only then can you call your self 

A LAMP MAN 

Weather it be with rifles or dogs 

Like I sayd before 

It's a skill you have to learn 

But we can only help you so much 

The rest you have to do your self
