Beef, grain fed vs grass fed

Whats your preference? Mines grain fed as i love the more marbling for cooking, or bbq etc etc also same for lamb

Grass, a natural diet , I like marbling too but surely they can pack on fat with the first grasses same as the produce the best cream on it?

The grain fed packs on loads more fat, which i love and adds to the flavour especially on the bbq, i guess its personal preference, stick any pics or recipes up if yas have any

We stuggle to get any decent weight with just grass. Always need abit of cake to fill them a bit

Theres a series cakled the bearded butchers on you tube great info, they butcher and cook all types of meats, and they also raise a lot of their own

Mine would be grass fed, nothing to do with fat to meat or flavour, purely because it’s the right thing to do.

Factory cattle are killed too young anyway to be top class beef.

Hows the taste of the animal? Haveyou tried any other type of rearing wilf?
