True, raw has gone up considerably this last yr... I'm keeping less dogs these days so the cost is around about the same..I fed a fair bit of fish, salmon, sprats, makeral, bream but every fuckers buying it for fishing bait?prices are creeping up?

Prices definitely going up ,when I have to go raw shop I never get me head around all these people buying deer "roe "  legs at £ 8 each and bags of rabbit ears etc etc as well as trolly full of meat , they spending a fortune to feed a juckel thats never going to see more than a walk around the park but fools and there money comes to mind .

Mrs forgot to get meat out the shed freezer so mine each have had a tin of mackerel in tomato sauce plus local feed merchants own brand 18% protein kibble tonight. Splash of organic cider apple vinegar, sprinkle of garlic, tumeric and a cod liver oil capsule. Shining, except the white one ?

I had a Goodfellows pizza ?

Cheers, D.

Garlic ? is suppose to be toxic to dogs

I dunno about where you lads are but round here the butchers cheaper than the raw food places for chicken mince and another butchers does a pet mince cheaper than the raw places too.

The local butchers also owns raw dog food shop and I get ox heart ,chicken carcus and sheep breasts cheaper from his butchers than the raw shop and also green tripe when he got it in .

A good friend got a small holding so when he butchers sheep he gives me full carcus and what offal and heads I want so it keeps cost down .

Local butchers got rabbits up at 9.50 each but tight sod only wants to pay a quid a rabbit and got to be skinned. It wouldn't be so bad if I was taking good numbers but way things are I'd rather keep them as ferret ,dog feed .
