Working in the rain all day putting stock fencing up with 3 brothers on one of their farms, my head is busting, all they have done is argue with each other all day, no mention of any money yet, can’t say to much because I shoot all their land and can do what I want on it

One of these if not the best tool i have ever got as a groundworker is a sharptooth fork and as i'm 57 years old a game changer when it comes to digging these days..

Little scrap tickle this morning while I’m waiting for the rain to stop, was watching a lad chucking old copper pipe and lead into a skip, some people must have to much money, the price has dropped a little, but I’ll have 95 quid of free money if they don’t want it

Yeah, found nemo in my new nemo, been looking for a little van for a few months now and they’ve all been scrap, until I found this, 65 plate with 19k on the clock, result

Few miles from home this week,working up in Herefordshire,across the road from a place we used to dig...taken down a load of trees and shrubs,couple of retainer walls to make ,out of sleepers and 2 with blocks,200 m2 of indian sandstone slabs,and new edgings and stone the drive....

Was meant to be laying concrete now but it’s been put back to 3 this afternoon, so I thought I’d pop into the farm to drop a bit of venison off and got them words I dread “ while you’re here “

that's the thing,if your decent and you can do abit of everything...always money/permission on offer...I've been asked to catch the mole's in this garden,and have a go at the rabbits coming and going to and from the veg plot

If I ever build a hideaway from scratch on a tropical island somewhere your going to fit the kitchen,no expense spared.
