I know you can eat almost anything..but are they good eating ..that question also includes sand eel

I always said I would try them but never got around to it, cant see why not. Reckon fillet them (easy filleted) and flash fry them might work. We used to get big one about a foot long about a mile out from where SHH is netting the Skerry's Banks but when you caught prime fish out you tend to forget the Lance.

Only issue is this part is seasonal; be prawning, crabbing and lugging come winter
