Ken's Deputy 4,463
Aha! Update, Arry. I've been at it, on and off, for a few hours now. Good and bad Two screws are out. One's not. One's stripped I had the clever idea of taking a centre punch to the Back / bottom ends of the fukkers. That worked! Yeah; The arrows indicate where to put the whips. Yes! That's mine! Regards pushing the old through with the new? My mate says there's a ratchet cog in there. Whip isn't moving because that's seized. This one replaced a bump feed, which I hated. Plus, I have about a thousand fukking whips! Got a good deal on an industrial sized box! I'd sooner buy another of these ~ and maintain it better () I'm not beaten yet though.

I distractedly gave that bit of whip a grip and a shove and suddenly wondered WTF was happening, as it smoothly went in! Off to finish my strimming now Thanks, lads! And I'll be looking into adding a set of Screw Extractors to my tool room!

Ken's Deputy 4,463
If I had any shame, or sense; I probably shouldn't be mentioning this! (Arry's gonna fukkin Love me!) But, I was just putting the re whipped spinner back on the machine when I decided I could use a washer? Wandered back into my work room, to look for a suitable one. (You couldn't fukking make this up!) Look what I fukking found!!!!! Yes! That Is absolutely brand new, untouched, virgin fukking spinner!!! Exact same thing! What it's even doing there, I'm fukked if I know! But, there we are. I've made the effort and - with the help of you lot - salvaged the old one. Anything Seriously dire happens to it .....
