What band for 9.5 steel?

Would 0.8 gzk green 20 - 15 be alright? Or should I go for something else??

Try it, if you are getting hand slap cut them narrower

Na not yet mate I need to find what thickness suits me before buying a roll. I was using I think 23 - 18 0.76 or 0.72 green gzk with 9.5mm last time but didn’t get on with it lol

From one newcomer to another i spent six month messing with ebay bands etc but found it easier to buy some rolls and few bits cutter/ruler and play about with tapers it all adds to the learning curve

The draw was pretty hard, it was ok but trying to keep it drawn back and aiming would ache after a while, so I thought smaller taper might be better??

I ended up settling on 23/18.  .65 precise and sumeike. plenty powerful for pigeons, squirrel, etc. and no hand tremble, and I have wrists like a fxxxcking poofter, so must be good.
