Good luck if you're down mate, I fish around beer head a bit and all along Branscombe, the deeps off the head are good for bream and bass, plus some half decent inshore pollack...

Let me know when you're down..

will drop you a message

Love fresh mackerel mate, one of the best eating fish imo..

Yep. I’ve recently been laid off and the weather has come right so I’ve took it as a sign from the gods.  Bit of light spinning off Portland, maybe have a dive elsewhere and might have a look out

mate of mines got 3 pubs ones in leics city centre so they had an extra lock down  when lockdown was lifted the ones on furlough were asked to come back in for staff training and to sort work rotas and his chef and 5 staff handed him a weeks notice ,,, all his pubs are doing well for now

Then when furlough ends they will be glad of a job anywhere. Should of been grateful they got offered a job back. Because a lot won’t

Sun was up, the paddle out of the otter out of Budleigh was cracking...

Then barbie time, fresh fish...can't beat it... promised myself I'm gonna take a few more days off, especially when the sun is up!!

Looks great. It's amazing isn't it, all the effort we as a species put into progress and yet the most fulfilling thing we can do we have been doing for hundreds of thousands of years.

All being well I'm heading south next week for deer and fish.

Cracking NK, can't beat fresh mackerel. Have you seen the price of it too buy atm?

I've heard its gone through the roof!

Only ever buy frozen mackerel for bait, only mackerel ill eat is what I catch as you know even after a day or 2 it starts to spoil...need it straight out of the sea for eating imo..

Bit of light spinning off Portland, maybe have a dive elsewhere and might have a look out for a roe buck but otherwise I intend to lay about the coast pretending I’m retired, lol.

Make the most of it mate, working is very over rated and you'll be back at it soon enough!!
