Tats, in the beginning it can be a bit fiddly, especially with narrow forks. Get yourself off to Tesco and buy a roll of double sided tape from their stationary section. Cut a couple of tabs and stick 'em to the front of the forks.

 Position your bands, press 'em firmly onto the frame and voila, they're held in place while you concentrate on getting your wrap and tuck done.
