Absolutely sickening that you indulge in a past time dominated by white people !.......not a black person to be seen in your picture, proof positive of white privilege I’m sure everyone will agree !

I Thought they were taking the pi$$ but it was in the local paper the next day. A Geordie l used to work with who had worked on a fishing boat said that they were regular visitors to that area. Apparently they feed  on football supporters who have been chased into the sea by pit men.

Seen a humpback whale off flamborough last year , love to see an orca

One of the kids in an Infant school class I was teaching in Portsmouth a few years ago said there was a great white shark in the Solent. I humoured them, assuming they were making it up, but it was in the local news a day or so later.

There's a book by Mike Tomkies (the bloke who wrote several books about living in the Highlands) about when he lived in Alaska or Canada (can't remember which) when he had a similar experience. Out on the water in a kayak or small rowing boat and suddenly realised he was surrounded by orcas and thought oh dear, my time could be up here but they just popped up to take a look and then left him alone.

Don’t worry even they would find you distasteful and spit you out, ?

Been looking into it a bit. They reckon it’s a pod that is usually up in Scotland.  I’m glad it’s bad weather down there at the moment or every man and his dog would be out in their powerboats trying to find them. Seen a few things whilst sea kayaking but never an orca.
