Amazing that military satellites can read a car number plate from 50 mile up in the sky, but never get anything better than out of focus pics and videos of suspected UFO's........

Just looks like a moggy to me.

UFO’s like big cat sightings, always grainy inconclusive footage. People will see what they want to see.
