On this I’ve used competition mix pellets ... mate there’s no comparison in taste there’s none of that charcoaled tang to the meat it’s much more Smokey and sweet.

Exactly!... I'd have a bit more respect if the photo was a home made knife (I'm guessing he is actually doing well on making them, he hasn't complained about missing extremities for a number of months now  ) with part of a finger stub in the shot, slicing that beautiful meat

Bradley’s are good they have a good reputation I believe there’s a cold smoking range as well for fish nice bit of kit.
