Best baits an to place mink trap , farmer seen mink around hens coop at night on his camera had trap by hens for week eggs an chicken wing in nowt , there's a beck runs at side of hens would that be better place to put trap

Yes. Place 3-4 good tunnels along the beck. Don't worry to much about bait, concentrate on making good tunnels in the right place. Leave em there more or less permanent, so fasten em down well. Maybe drag a dead rabbit or water hen through em if you ever have one. Through a few bloody feathers or a bit of fur in the entrance if you feel there one about. 

That's just what I'd do. Never actually caught that many

What size would you make tunnels for trap to go in pal
