I watch a few videos on YouTube and there seems to be a lot of people over there keep their pouters on roof tops. Paloma ladrones, buchon,  paloma de casa are all different terms for them. I think ladrone is thief?

This lad has some good birds i just have to skip all the waffling.

A few years ago, I was working in an office on the 8th floor and a chap opposite the office building had an aviary on his roof terrace. Must have had around 20-30 pigeons (no idea what type). He used to fly them out everyday. Nice thing to watch when you're stuck in an office, in the middle of a city, watching a flock of pigeons racing around in formation ;)

All of the pouter and cropper types are quite tame and you can interact with them.
