It’s not to sweet, use a dry Prosecco  and the lemon juice is sharp so they cancel out a bit of the sweetness, if you just drank the bramble gin on its own, that’s really sweet you can feel your teeth dissolving

Went to lunch with some Moroccan blokes, there was a scene of ostriches being chased by dogs and blokes on a brass table in a sheesha place we went after eating (I don't smoke so spent the time looking at the tables).
