Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Chicken chow mein

If you look closely you might notice the remnants of a previous dish in the form of dried on extra hot Maysan curry sauce stuck to the side of the pan, courtesy of yours truly being a borderline scruffy gunt, or go along with Ken Homs words " never wash the wok as anything that survives the heat deserves to live"., Anyway my cornflakes and banana on Tuesday morning will taste all the better for the additional seasoning

I think they were from Tesco mate - they do a few different types, they make a big deal on the packaging about them being from different types of chickens.

.......... The missus picked them up a few days ago
