Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

What ever veg you like on the bottom with garlic, rosemary, olive oil, a stock cube and half a pint of red wine. Salt and pepper on the meat.

 

1.5 hour at 180 degrees with the lid on then, put the juices over the lamb and, give it about another 45 minutes with the lid removed - it's a bit overdone but still tender :thumbs:

Get ya ourself a slow cooker mate. Best way to cook your meat. Especially Lamb. Melts in your mouth

Yeah mate used have one and do the slow cooked meats like minted lamb ect and Like you say proper melt in the mouth also convenient to put on early and leave all day ????
