Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

my kids have had them a few times ,said their nice?something I've not tried yet myself..as Im getting older I'm starting to try new stuff slowly,still struggle with some vegetables,can't do mushrooms, certain stuff it's more the texture puts me off than the taste....still can't eat Lamb or handle the smell of it cooking...but love stuffed lambs hearts and liver ?I'd love to be able to just tuck into dishes instead of having to pick through and remove the bits I don't like/never tried??
