That's how they have you it can be say a 1/8 wagu in mix and still class it as wagu.its how burger King get away with the Angus burgers as as long as its got Angus init not false advertising and alot put an Angus bull over first time heifers to give them a smaller first calf

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Wagu just means beef cattle in Japanese. There are various area's in Japan where they do weird and wonderful stuff to their beef cows....but we aren't eating that in the UK. Maybe you can order imported premium stuff I don't know. 

In the UK we are just using one of the various wagu bulls known for the marbled fat and we then put that over a dairy cow or various beef breeds. Think most of its done AI as well.

Truffle certainly has an unusual taste, I am not very good at descriptions but like maybe a mix of hazelnut and onion? 

The wagyu was import, not a patty but steak, had it and kobe before, worth the cash? Yes,as a treat now and again ?
