Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Cod I did in the Ninja but been craving some deep fried Maris Piper chips and for a difference I did Wedges.

Boiled the wedges for 2 minutes let the dry in a colander then deep fried at 140c for about 7 minutes then 180c for about 3 minutes, really nice mate.

Got loads of Runner beans and getting bit fed up with them Lol.

Thinking of getting one of these ninja's....  What model should I be looking at?

They are very good easy save time and supposed to save on energy.

I have the Ninja Food dual zone air fryer which is right for just wifey and me. I don't do veg in mine as I steam all my veg. I mainly do Frozen chips as so quick and easy. Home made fish cakes, fish and chicken pieces  in bread crumbs good so are sausages and chops. Baby Spare ribs are a favourite of ours I do them in tin foil for about 30 mins the open tin foil and based with bbq sauce excellent.

Steaks still get done on the BBQ lol.

Cheers Arry

here's a quick food hack with regards to chips...

don't bother peeling the spuds..

chop up your tatties in to chips...pour some oil or dripping in a roasting tin...spread your chips out ..then in the oven for half hour...oven chips but not frozen processed dead easy...
