Sounds good I’ve a couple of temperature probes that fit into the smoker but it would be nice to see rare medium rare etc.

Shows you temperature during cook, plus records through resting, you can watch the temperature until its perfect..set it how you want (medium rare for beef and the cook, rest time is too perfection).

It is a brilliant bit of kit mate..

Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Picture?

Put one up a while ago, mate. Looks exactly the same, every time. Saw no point in clogging the board with repetition ?

Was Absolutely Fukking Delicious though! :D I could eat it most nights of the week. But, then what would I do for my sunday treat? :boogy:
