He's already made the move, gone from working in a petrol station to beating the GOAT.

You don't often see feats like that in sport.

As a wise old sage once said to me;

" One stroke doesn't paint the whole picture ".........??

But I do hope the lad goes on to more success.

Cheers.

Mark williams looking sharp as f**k.

But that's the game, snooker.  It's not just about looking great potting balls, might as well reduce the game to pool, if that was the case.  I think it's fine as it is.

He was number 81 in the world before this. I don't know what he is now, but it guarantees him entry into the invitationals, Starting with The Champion of Champions tomorrow, with a guaranteed £10,000 appearance money, win or lose.

Good luck to him, he's been around a wile, let's hope this kick-starts his career.

Cheers.

I believe this victory has taken him just inside the top 16 ranking on the one year list.

He seems to have a 2 year ranking of 45 now.

Whatever, he played very well!

I know it's not over but O'Sullivan is giving Lisowski a snooker lesson !

I mentioned Lisowski earlier, and he's a decent player, but needs to up his game.

Cheers.

So far charts, ronnie and higgins are playing like naked rabbits. Could easily be these two against each other again in another final, the form they're both showing over the last couple of days.

Well done Ronnie, not his best game tho

Yeah, he made a few mistakes, but to come from 3-0 down, to win 6-4 shows how good he is even with his "b" game.

That last frame clearance was great, he was out of his seat like a whippet out the traps when Hawkings made the mistake !

Looking forward to Sunday, if it's Higgins, it'll be a great match, I think Wisons bottle goes against O'Sullivan.

Cheers.

O'Sullivan getting spanked 4-0 by Higgins at the first break in the final !

Cheers.

Higgins is certainly looking composed and in control. O'sullivan is looking less than interested, again.
